Taekwondo (also known as Tae Kwon Do) is the art of self defense that originated in Korea and is recognized as one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world. We hold weekly Taekwondo classes for participants of all ages to achieve Increase Mobility,  Gain strength & power, improved flexibility, improved stability & coordination, mental concentration and develop skills, build overall fitness, and learn about the Taekwondo tenets of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit.
